I've been through this book twice in my life(once in college and a year ago). It really helps expose those areas in your life that you see as grey, but God doesn't - and possibly will reveal a seared or bruised conscience.
You also come away realizing that having a clear conscience is more valuable than "winning" or taking advantage other's errors.
