Dee Clark

(MA, Denver Seminary, LMFT) is president of Healing Reins, Inc., an author, and a licensed marriage and family therapist and internship supervisor in California and Washington. As the founder of Healing Reins, Dee is certified with EGALA, the professional association that trains therapists and counselors for equine-assisted therapy, which uses horses in therapeutic applications. She is a graduate of Colorado Christian University (BS) and Denver Seminary (MA, Counseling) and has done post-graduate work in the School of Psychology at Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, CA. She was also on the Young Life staff for several years. Dee is the coauthor of three books, all with her husband, Chap, including Let Me Ask You This: Conversations That Draw Couples Closer, and contributed to Silver and Gold: Stories of Special Friendships.

The Clark’s latest book is Disconnected: Raising Teens in a MySpace World (Baker, summer 2007).

Dee and Chap have been married for twenty-eight years, and have partnered together in ministry, as well as speaking and writing throughout their married life. They have three grown children: Chap, Jr. (26), Rob (23) and Katie (20). They make their home in Burbank, CA.
