Mike Higgs
Mike Higgs is president of LINC Ministries and the executive director of the Portland, Oregon, Youth Foundation. Higgs served as a local church youth pastor for 15 years and in youth ministry for almost three decades, is a contributor to Pray! magazine, Youthworker Journal, and the author of Youth Ministry from the Inside Out (InterVarsity, 2003).
