Tax Exemption

To receive your state sales-tax exemption, you'll need to provide us with a copy of your state-issued tax-exempt certificate or resale certificate.

You may also fax the certificate to (800) 343-3902. Please include your organization's name and order date on the cover sheet. mark your fax "ATTN: Tax Exempt."

Important Notes:

Unless we receive your state tax-exempt certificate with your order, the order may be taxed and a refund generated once our Tax Department receives and verifies your state tax-exempt documentation.

A certificate is only valid for items shipping to the specific state for which it was issued. If you are shipping to a different state or to multiple states, you may need to send us additional documentation.
