Good group starter
We started a small group program in January 99 and all of our groups used this study. New groups since then have used this study as their first one, and all of them have said its the best one they've used. The strength of the study is how it brings out the person in a non-threatening way and helps others in the group to see the person for who they are. Highly recommend for new groups, or if you've had a lot of turnover in your group.
