Great Overview
This book is an easy read. It explains the Bible in a simple and straightforward manner that helped me put the pieces together. For the first time, the settings, stories and characters of the Bible made sense to me. I grew up hearing that Moses parted the Red Sea, David killed Goliath with a sling and Jesus died for my sins... but I never understood what these events had to do with each other or why it was important. Now I do! This is a great book for a new believer OR for an old salt that is looking for a clear simple view of the "big picture" of the "Big Book"!!! I highly recommend it.
