Fight on Your Knees
Hello, I rarely will review a book unless I feel there is a desperate need to do so. I HAVE NEVER READ A BOOK AS GOOD AS THIS ONE!!!! In my time I have owned hundreds if not thousands of books and this is the one that stands head and shoulders above the rest.
The book is built for men who want to become strong in their faith, and more specifically their prayer life. It is meant for men but it can be a useful read for wives too.
It speaks of the passion and enthusiasm a man needs to serve God, and his role as a leader in the family and the church. There are examples of how God has worked in people's lives and most of the examples used you can apply to yourself.
This book is written very well. It is an action packed book, reasonably short (166 reader-friendly pages), and easy to read. If you are a man seeking inspiration for your prayer life, or life as a Christian this book is for you. It is also a wonderful gift at baptism.
Hop this was helpful!

An Extremely IMPORTANT Topic 2
Sorry, I hit the ‘Return Key’ to start a new paragraph and it entered my review before I was finished.
Sorry, I hit the ‘Return Key’ to start a new paragraph and it entered my review before I was finished.
WHAT I was going to say is that THIS is one of the most important topics of ALL TIME. And this book is one of the MOST AMAZING books I have ever read. Is NOT a book on 'Prayer' only! It is much more than that; it is a book about How-To BE a Christian MAN - husband and father, and the fact of and How-To of exercising SPIRITUAL AUTHORITY as a leader in your family.
Men have always had a problem in understanding their role as husband/father, especially in the last 50 years when manhood has been UNDER such a great attack of the ‘left’, atheist, etc. But rightly so in most cases, ‘Men have failed’ in these roles.
I was told that this book is out of print and may not be printed again. I hate to believe this but I can understand it: 1. Satan must hate this topic of men learning to be real and godly men, exercising the authority that GOD HAS given them; 2. Men are by our (old) nature lazy and do not like books about ‘prayer’ and about BEING a man who prays, fights and loves (in deeds) his family. And the Title is not inspiring, it sounds like it is ALL ABOUT prayer it IS NOT.
READ IT and start a change in your life that CAN CHANGE THIS NATION…………

Building Intimacy
Personally this book helped me to develop and realize the importance of prayer. Learning from a variety of men on the topic of prayer is also encouraging.I have utilized this book with some men in small group setting and they have found it to be a read that has impacted their prayer life and emphasized to them the power in men praying.
