Don't read unless you really want to change your life
This Book enabled me to accept my life as it is and not how I wanted it to be. Worked so much better than therapy sessions attended for years. A must read for any Christian that struggles with depression. Cured the doubts that I had for so many years that God was not answering my prayers.

Changed my life
I read this book once on my own and went through it with a group once. I am about to start it again with a new group because it is one of my favorite books I have ever read. It has changed my life - literally. The way I think and my response to the temptation to worry has been influenced by Linda's words of wisdom and practical suggestions. I am on the road to being a more content person, having come a long way from the discontent woman I was several years ago. I would highly recommend this book to any one who struggles with worry or contentment.

I got your book borrowed from a friend an it is the most pratical book I have ever read. It realy speacks to women we seems to be the most vernareble people to worries. I read this book and it spoke directly to me. Iam going to purchase one and do a journal eveven thouhg I am 57 I will stat my journa.
