Miss the blog but love the book
I bought this book on my own. After reading and reviewing the first two books in the series I didn’t want to miss out on the rest. “Romancing Hollywood Nobody” did not disappoint. I do want to say I was a bit sad at first that Scotty didn’t write on her blog as much (I miss her rants/raves on celebs) but it was for a good reason she didn’t write.
I love the twists with Scotty finding a guy she likes and even her grandmother falling “in love”. I also love that we get to see more of Scotty’s dad and hear about his adventures trying to find her mom. Seth is also back and he’s in major trouble. Scotty saw that one coming and you hope by the end of the book he will change.
Scotty changes a lot too in this book. She discovers more about who God is and what He wants to do in her life. She prays daily and becomes focused on what God wants her to do. She even meets a missionary and does some heart searching with her.
I think these books are prefect for teens or a good short read for adults. I know I love them.
I can’t wait to read the 4th book in this series and I hope they will find her mom in this one. So be on the look out for my review of “Goodbye Hollywood Nobody” coming soon.
