Great tool to help learn the principles of disciple-making

I've been involved in discipling folks for years and I was challenged to reconsider how I've been mentoring others. What I also like about the Alongsider is that someone who is new to discipleship can build on these insights. It is both accessible and challenging for all of us in the body of Christ. I have used the Alongsider as a tool to help pastors consider how they can increase their impact. Contained in the Alongsider are simple principles to keep in mind. Whether it is used one to one or in a workshop I've benefitted and seen others move to greater impact.
