Discipleship- By Women, For Women

There are plenty of reasons that women may not connect with each other. But we are called to go and make disciples. That means connecting and growing with women of all ages, life experiences, and spiritual maturity. Having a discipleship resource that can meet you right where you are can be life-changing. The Woman’s Journey of Discipleship is that resource.
The Woman’s Journey of Discipleship series is written for women by women who know this journey firsthand. It has been said that every woman should have a “Paul” figure pouring into her and a “Timothy” figure to pour into. This series provides curriculum to make the most of mentoring opportunities.

The Woman’s Journey of Discipleship is a set of three Bible studies based on life-to-life discipleship. Below are some quotes from some of the women who have used these studies.
The Bridges on the Journey study, which is an introduction to Jesus Christ, “helped me so much…. it begins with where you are…”collage_WomensJourneyOfDiscipleship
The Crossroads on the Journey study is a pursuit of commitment to following Jesus Christ at a deeper level.
“It helped me get back on track to making it a daily time, not wherever I could fit, it but making it a priority.”
The Friends on the Journey study helps move women into the next level to be able to share at a deeper level in Christ.
“It addresses women where a woman’s heartbeat is…”
“We bonded so quickly… the group really bonded deeply…there was authenticity.”
These studies are designed to build connections with other women on the same journey as you and be empowered by God to minister to others for a lifetime, resulting in generations of women on this journey of discipleship.

  1. We’ve used this series in our church. For most of our women, the content was information they had been taught many years ago. please create/write a new series for more mature women who are experiencing the discipleship process for the first time.

    • Check out the Cultivating Holy Beauty Series. There have been testimonies of women in their 70’s experiencing growth and transformation in their walk with the Lord.

  2. I was wondering if MY Church would offer a women’s program for discipleship as they just had one open to all of the men! I understand the differing roles for men and women as laid out in the Bible, However we are ALL called to go and make disciples!
